Hosted in the Chicagoland area, this year’s conclave blends high-energy social events with timeless traditions. The weekend kicks off Friday with a vibrant Mad Hatter’s Meet & Greet, where creativity and personality take center stage with bold hats, great music, and lively networking.
Saturday invites guests to indulge in a full day of curated experiences—from an exciting Wind Creek Casino Trip to the highly anticipated President’s Scholarship Ball. This formal black-tie affair features an elegant cocktail hour, scholarship presentations, fine dining, live entertainment, and dancing—celebrating excellence while investing in the next generation.
The celebration continues into the night with an exclusive After Party, offering a more intimate, high-energy vibe to close out the evening.
On Sunday, guests gather for a heartfelt Farewell Breakfast, reflecting on the weekend’s memories, connections, and shared purpose.
With luxurious accommodations at the Hilton in Oak Lawn, curated programming, and a legacy rooted in culture and unity, this conclave is more than an event—it’s an experience.

From funky fedoras to towering top hats, we want to see your wildest headwear take center stage. Expect great music, surprise moments, and a room full of hats that deserve their own spotlight!

1st Annual Pre-Father’s Day Fashion Show Fundraiser
Join us for our 1st annual Pre-Fathers Day Fashion Show Fundraiser on June 8th at the DoubleTree Hotel in Alsip, IL! Come enjoy the show with fashions sponsored by The Look (located at River Oaks Mall), sounds by DJ Logan and a special performance by Saxophonist Damien Tolbert. Tickets are $75 with dinner included, you don’t want to miss this!
